摘要(Abstract):

客户档案的产生与营销业务实施过程密切相关,贯穿营销业务的全过程。介绍了"档案管节点、节点控流程"的客户档案精益化管控模式的主要做法和实施效果。
The production of customer files is closely related to the implementation of marketing services and runs through the whole process of marketing services.The paper introduces main practice and implements effect of lean management mode of electric power customer files of "managing the nodes by files and controlling the flow by nodes".
