基于空间负荷预测的电动汽车有序充电方法研究Study on Coordinated Charging of Electric Vehicle Based on Spatial Load Forecasting

摘要(Abstract):
基于用地决策法的空间负荷预测法,建立了发展中城市的电动汽车及其充电负荷的空间分布预测模型。结合电动汽车的空间分布及其出行特性,对电网负荷率和网损进行分析,以优化城市配电网利用率为目标,构建出电动汽车强制性有序充电模型。通过算例说明在较高的电动汽车市场普及率下无序充电将给城市配网带来严重负荷冲击,并验证了本文所构建的有序充电模型在不同市场普及率下的有效性。
Using spatial load forecasting method based land-use decision method, this paper establishes the model of spatial distribution forecasting for electric vehicles and the charging load in developing cities. Combining spatial distribution of electric vehicles and the travel features, the paper analyzes the load factor and grid loss and establishes a mandatory coordinated charging model in order to optimize the utilization of distribution network. It is illustrated by the example that uncoordinated charging mode has serious impact on the distribution network in case of high vehicle popularizing rate; moreover, it verifies that the model is valid in different popularization rates.
