太阳能有机朗肯循环系统技术经济性分析

摘要(Abstract):

ORC(有机朗肯循环)系统是低品位热源发电的理想途径之一。太阳能光热发电的低温热源特点和ORC系统能够较好结合。为确保太阳能ORC系统的热力性能和经济性,需要对关键设计参数、运行参数进行对比分析。以槽式太阳能ORC系统为例,建立系统热平衡模型和经济学模型。通过模拟分析,对比不同设计运行参数,如太阳集热器面积、导热油入口温度、蒸发器过热度对ORC系统热力性能和经济性的影响,其中,改善太阳集热器面积、导热油入口温度均能对系统热力性能和经济产生积极性影响。
Organic Rankine cycle(ORC) system is one of the ideal avenues of power generation from low-grade heat.The low-temperature heat source of solar thermal power generation can be perfectly combined with the ORC system.In order to ensure the thermal performance and economic performance of the solar ORC system,it is necessary to compare and analyze the key design parameters and operation parameters. The Parabolic trough solar ORC system is instanced to establish a heat balance model and an economic model of the system. Through simulation analysis, the effects of different design and operation parameters, such as solar collector area, heat transfer oil inlet temperature and evaporator superheating temperature,on the thermal performance and economic performance of the ORC system are analyzed. It is proved that the first two factors have a positive impact on the thermal performance and economic performance of the system.
