基于多级协调的配电网电压质量优化方法研究Research on Voltage Quality Optimization Method of Distribution Networks Based on Multi-level Coordination

摘要(Abstract):
为了解决配电网电压质量较差的问题,提出了一种基于多级协调的配电网电压质量优化方法,利用改进型原始对偶内点法对各级变压器、无功补偿装置、调压设备进行综合协调和全局控制,从而降低电网电压偏移度,改善电压质量。并以某地区配电网实际参数为算例,对多级协调的配电网电压质量优化方法进行验证,结果表明,该方法能够有效降低系统电压偏移度、网络损耗,对于提高配电网的电压质量有很好的应用价值。
In order to solve this problem of poor voltage quality of distribution network, this paper proposes a voltage quality optimization method based on multi-level coordination. Transformers, reactive power compensation device, voltage regulating device are coordinated globally to reduce voltage offset and improve voltage quality. The actual parameters of a regional distribution network is taken as an example to verify the voltage quality optimization method of distribution networks based on multi-level coordination, and the result shows that the method can reduce the system voltage offset and network loss, and it has great value for voltage quality improvement of the distribution network.
