摘要(Abstract):
对浙江省火电厂2013年因热控原因引起的机组跳闸和典型异常事件进行统计和分析,将主要故障异常类型分为系统软/硬件故障、逻辑组态参数不完善、现场设备故障、热工维护不当等几个方面。从提高热控自动化系统的可靠性着手,在完善控制系统逻辑和改进热工现场设备以及提高热控自动化系统的管理措施等方面提出建议,供电厂热工维护人员参考。
This paper conducts statistics and analysis on unit tripping and typical abnormal events caused by thermal control in coal-fired power plant in Zhejiang province in 2013. Primary failures are divided into software and hardware faults of the system, incomplete logical configuration parameters, field equipment faults,improper thermal maintenance, etc. Starting with increasing reliability of thermal control automation system,this paper proposes suggestions from aspects of completing control system logic, improving field thermal equipment, enhancing management measures of thermal control automation system and so on, which can be references for thermal maintenance personnel in power plants.
