考虑决策依赖不确定性的光储充一体化电站优化运行策略
An optimal operation strategy for photovoltaic-storage-charging integrated stations considering decision-dependent uncertainty

摘要(Abstract):

针对光储充一体化电站运营中,价格决策与电动汽车充电负荷相互作用而产生的决策依赖不确定性,提出了一种两阶段DDU-DRO(决策依赖不确定性-分布鲁棒优化)运行策略。首先,建立以日利润最大化为目标的光储充一体化电站日前-日内两阶段决策模型。然后,将充电价格对电动汽车负荷概率分布的影响纳入考量,构建光伏出力及基于决策依赖的电动汽车负荷不确定集,建立了DDU-DRO模型。最后,利用对偶理论和S-lemma理论将问题转化为易于求解的形式,提出一种两层迭代算法来求解模型,其中外层迭代交替求解主问题和子问题以更新对偶顶点,内层迭代通过交替优化策略将具有非线性约束的主问题凸化。算例分析表明,与决策无关模型和传统鲁棒模型相比,所提DDU-DRO策略在提升系统运营的经济性和鲁棒性方面均表现出显著的优越性。
Addressing the decision-dependent uncertainty(DDU) arising from the interaction between pricing decisions and electric vehicle(EV) charging load in the operation of integrated photovoltaic-storage-charging stations, this paper proposes a two-stage operation strategy that combines decision-dependent uncertainty and distributionally robust optimization(DDU-DRO). Firstly, a two-stage day-ahead and intra-day decision model is established for the integrated station, with the objective of maximizing daily profit. Subsequently, the impact of charging prices on the probability distribution of the EV charging load is incorporated. Uncertainty sets for photovoltaic output and the decision-dependent EV charging load are constructed, leading to the formulation of a DDU-DRO model. Finally, by employing duality theory and the S-lemma, the problem is transformed into a tractable form. A two-layer iterative algorithm is proposed to solve the model: the outer iteration alternately solves the master problem and the subproblem to update the dual vertices, while the inner iteration convexifies the master problem with nonlinear constraints via an alternating optimization strategy. Case studies demonstrate that, compared to decision-independent models and conventional robust models, the proposed strategy exhibits significant superiority in enhancing both the economic efficiency and robustness of the system's operation.
