220kV氧化锌避雷器泄漏电流异常的原因分析和处理

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了一起220 kV氧化锌避雷器泄漏电流雨天偏低的异常情况,通过例行试验数据、避雷器带电检测数据、设备拆卸情况的综合分析,找出氧化锌避雷器泄漏电流偏低的原因为泄漏电流通过底座旁路导通。针对该类型设备易发生因底座瓷瓶内部蓄积鸟巢而导致的泄漏电流偏低现象,提出加装防护网的有效措施。
The paper introduces an abnormality of lower leakage current of 220 kV zinc oxide arrester in rainy days. By comprehensive analysis of routine test data, live arrester testing data and equipment disassembling,it is detected that the lower leakage current of zinc oxide arrester results from breakover of leakage current through pedestal bypass. Aiming at the lower leakage current due to accumulated bird nests in pedestal porcelain insulators, the paper proposes to install protective screening.
