摘要(Abstract):

变电站所用电系统全停故障将对变电所主变冷却器、保护、通讯、自动化等设备产生严重影响。结合浙江电网500 kV河姆变所用电全失的事故,对事故的现象和处理方法展开深入的探讨和研究,对电网事故处理及分析具有借鉴作用。
The outage of substation auxiliary power system has severe impact on the main transformer coolers,protection,communication and automation systems of substation.The Hemu substation in Zhejiang power grid suffered an auxiliary power system outage on 22 July,2008.The feature and treatment of the accident is analyzed and discussed in depth in this paper.It may provide a meaningful guideline for the analysis and trouble shooting for the faults of the power system in the future.
