电气设备操作拓扑“五防”的实现Realization of Topology-based Five-prevention System for Electrical Equipment

摘要(Abstract):
随着区域监控中心成立和调控一体化系统投入运行,变电站五防系统已经不能满足监控中心遥控操作的需求,从现有的五防系统存在的弊端着手,分析监控SCADA中设备的拓扑关系,阐述了拓扑五防实现的功能,利用拓扑五防结合现场变电站的防误装置,实现防误功能的最大化。
With the establishment of regional monitoring center and the operation of regulation and control integrated system,the five-prevention system for substation can not satisfy the demand of remote control from monitoring center.In order to eliminate the defects of the existing five-prevention system,this paper elaborates the functions that the topology-based five-prevention system achieves based on the analysis of topological relationship of devices of SCADA System in monitoring center and maximizes the function of misoperation prevention using topology-based five-prevention system together with misoperation preventing device in on-site substation.
