解决SCR烟温偏高问题的H型鳍片省煤器的应用

摘要(Abstract):

某300 MW机组进行低NO_X燃烧器和汽轮机扩容改造(330 MW)后,SCR烟温超过了400℃的安全限值,利用H型鳍片管省煤器代替原有的光管省煤器,在330 MW工况下,SCR最高烟温降低到了386.6℃的安全温度,同时也降低了排烟温度,使发电标煤耗降低约1.16 g/kWh。
The flue gas temperature in SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction) exceeds the safety threshold limit value of 400℃ after low NO_X burner and steam turbine capacity increase transformations(330 MW) of 300 MW units. The H-type finned tube economizer is used to replace the original plain tube economizer. In the operating condition of 330 MW, the highest flue gas temperature in SCR decreases to the safety temperature of386.6℃ and in the meantime discharged flue gas temperature also decreases, which enables standard coal consumption rate for power generation to approximately decrease by 1.16 g/kWh.
