基于负荷重组的城市配电网供电能力提升研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对城市配电网部分线路因负荷分布不合理导致负载率高、供电能力不足的问题,提出一种配电网供电能力挖潜方法。该方法利用不同类型用户负荷特性曲线存在差异的特点,将母线历史负荷数据进行2次聚类分析后,采用母线优化、间隔优化2种挖潜方式对负荷进行重组,再通过综合指标评价模型评估各方案的优劣,生成候选改造方案。最后,通过实际算例验证了该供电能力挖潜方法能有效降低线路峰值与波动性,提高配电网对业扩新用户的接纳性与运行安全性,并能辅助提升配电网工程投资精准度。
Given the high load rate and insufficient power supply capacity caused by unreasonable line load distribution in the urban distribution network, this paper presents a potential tapping method for power supply capacity of the distribution network. This method makes use of the different characteristics of load characteristic curves of different types of users and twice makes clustering analysis of historical load data of buses. Afterwards, bus optimization and interval optimization are used to restructure the load. Then, the comprehensive index evaluation model is used to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme, and candidate transformation schemes are generated. Finally, a practical example shows that the potential tapping method can effectively reduce the line peak value and fluctuation, improve the acceptance and operation safety of the new users in the distribution network, and help to improve the investment accuracy of the distribution network project.
