基于分层分区的宁波电网演变趋势及现状分析

摘要(Abstract):

对宁波电网分层分区原则、网架结构和实际运行进行了研究,展示了10年以来宁波电网逐步打开电磁环网、实现分层分区的演变趋势和实施现状,分析了基于分层分区的500 k V和220 k V主网运行方式在简化系统接线、限制短路电流的效果以及实际运行中产生的问题,为宁波电网的调度运行提供参考。
The paper investigates hierarchical and regional principles, power network structure and practical operation of Ningbo main power grid. Besides, it expounds the gradual opening of electromagnetic loop networks in Ningbo power grid in recent ten years and the evolving trend based on hierarchical and regional principles as well as status quo of implementation. The paper also analyzes problems of 500 k V and 220 k V main network operation modes based on hierarchical and regional principles in system wiring simplification,short-circuit current limiting as well as actual operation, providing reference for dispatching and operation of Ningbo power grid.
