海岛地区实施20kV配电网的思考Reflection on Implementation of 20 kV Distribution Network in Island Areas

摘要(Abstract):
海岛地区尤其是部分孤立分散海岛的配电网受自身特点的限制,无法很好地适应用电负荷的不断增加,而20 kV配电网在海岛地区的推广应用既可解决供电能力不足、又有利于电网的节能降耗。在探讨20 kV配电网的经济和技术优越性之后,针对海岛地区开展20 kV配电网的特点,以某海岛电力线路改造为例,给出了实施的策略,为海岛地区开展同类工作提供参考。
In the areas of islands in the sea,especially some isolated islands,power distribution network can not be well adapted to the increasing power load due to its characteristics.While the application of 20 kV distribution network in the island areas not only prevents the shortage of power supply but also helps with grid energy saving and consumption reduction.Through the analysis of the economic and technical superiority of the 20 kV distribution network,this paper proposes the implementation strategy illustrated with the example of power line retrofit on an island based on the implementation characteristics and can serve as a reference for similar work.
