摘要(Abstract):

基于燃气余热锅炉脱硝工程设计背景下对氨水直喷技术的流场特性进行了研究,认为喷枪位置、布置型式、雾化粒径等是影响脱硝效果的重要因素。通过数值模拟,进行了流场优化,并确定了设计参数。在实际工程中的应用结果表明,氨水直喷技术结构简单、控制可靠,可以满足燃气余热锅炉脱硝要求,值得推广。
Based on the design background of the waste heat boiler denitrification project, the flow field characteristics of the ammonia direct injection technology are studied in this paper. It is believed that the spray gun location, distribution type and atomized particle size are key influencing factors of denitration. Through numerical simulation, the flow field is optimized and the design parameters are determined. The application results in practical projects show that the ammonia direct injection technology has a simple structure and reliable control,which can meet the requirements of waste heat boiler denitrification, and is worthy of market promotion.
