摘要(Abstract)：

基于PI数据库的配电网实时监察系统采用Visual Studio 2008为开发平台,以C#语言和PISDK接口程序为开发工具,系统为B/S模式,分成服务器和客户端两个模块并增加了对是否为"工作计划内"变化的判断,提高了系统的实用性和可推广性。
The real-time monitoring system for distribution network based on plant information(PI) database uses the development platform of Visual Studio 2008 and development tools of C# language and PI SDK interface program.It is based on Browser /Server(B /S) mode and divided into server and client modules.It is also added with the judgment on whether it is the planned change so as to improve the practicability and promotability.
