数字同步网统一建模的区域电网数据同步策略
Data Synchronization Strategy of Regional Power Grid with Unified Modeling of Digital Synchronous Network

摘要(Abstract):

区域电网数据同步需要统一时间断面,目前区域数据在站内、站间的同步修正因子是独立于传输网的,要求收发路径一致。为此,分析了数字同步网同步机理、区域电网同步数据传输的全过程,考虑到电网通信网建有功能强大的数字同步支撑网及监视平台,针对通信传输网承载区域电网数据建立全过程统一仿真模型,集成同步系统硬件配置,优化网络处理过程,采用专用网络分析仪、SDH(同步数字系列)综合测试仪对仿真系统进行性能分析,包括数据的同步精度、同步保护倒换等,提出基于链路层的"MSTP(多业务传输平台)+PTP(精准时间同步)"的统一区域电网数据同步策略,也为配电网自动化实现区域数据同步提供研究依据。
Data synchronization in regional power grid requires unified time section. At present, the synchronization correction factor of regional data in and between stations is independent on the transmission network,requiring the consistency of sending and receiving paths. This paper analyzes the synchronization mechanism of digital synchronous network, the whole process of synchronous data transmission in regional power grid.Considering grid communication network has a powerful digital synchronous supporting network and monitoring platform, the paper establishes a unified simulation model for the whole process of communication network and transmission network carrying regional power grid data, integrates the hardware configuration of the synchronization system and optimize network processing; it uses special network analyzer and SDH(synchronous digital hierarchy) comprehensive tester to analyze the performance of data synchronization precision and synchronous protection rearrangement in the simulation system. A data synchronization strategy for unified regional power grid based on MSTP(multiple service transmission platform)+PTP(precise time protocol) of link layer is proposed, which also provides research basis for the realization of regional data synchronization in distribution automation.
