摘要(Abstract):
分析了电动汽车动力电池组中电芯出现性能异常导致其使用寿命急剧衰减的原因,提出了一种电芯替换技术,可提高串联电芯的一致性水平。试验表明该方法对提高成组动力电池组的实际可用容量和循环寿命性能是有效的。
The paper analyzes reasons of sharply decreased service life of electric vehicle power battery in case of abnormal cell performance and proposes cells replacement technology to improve consistency level of tandem cells. It is experimentally proved that the method can effectively improve actual available capacity and cycle-life performance of power battery packs.
