1000MW超超临界机组旁路系统配置优化
Innovative Configuration of Bypass System of 1000 MW Ultra-supercritical Power Generating Unit

摘要(Abstract):

结合某1000 MW超超临界机组的工程实践,阐述了对旁路功能作用认识的提高,提出了将原42%BMCR(锅炉最大出力)高旁容量配置的二级旁路系统改为100%BMCR高旁+70%BMCR低旁容量配置的二级旁路系统,通过大容量旁路冲洗,可有效改善汽轮机颗粒物侵蚀问题,并通过锅炉安全阀配置优化、升级再热器材质以及控制策略调整,取消了锅炉过热器安全阀,实现FCB(快切负荷)功能,可为同型机组旁路系统选型配置提供参考。
According to the engineering practice of a 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical power generating unit, the paper elaborate the awareness-raising of bypass function and proposes a secondary bypass system renovation from high-pressure bypass capacity of 42% BMCR(boiler maximum continuous rating) to high-pressure bypass capacity of 100% BMCR plus low-pressure bypass capacity of 70% to resist particle corrosion of steam turbine by high-capacity bypass washing; by configuration optimization of boiler safety valve, reheater material upgrade and control strategy adjustment, the safety valve of boiler reheater is eliminated to achieve FCB(fast cut back), which can be used as a reference for type selection and configuration of unit bypass of the same units.
