摘要(Abstract):

火电机组低负荷运行已成为常态,如何提高机组低负荷运行的热经济性是行业内的重要研究方向。提高给水温度是提高机组部分负荷时循环热效率的重要手段,对3种不同的提高部分负荷给水温度的调节方式进行计算分析,结果表明,通过对部分负荷给水温度的优化,可降低机组加权热耗约8.3~22.6 k J/k Wh,经济收益明显。
Low-load operation of thermal power generating units is a normal state, and how to improve thermal efficiency of the low-load operation of the units has become an important research direction in the industry.It is a key measure to improve thermal cycle efficiency in partial load to raise feedwater temperature. Three adjustment methods for raising feedwater temperature in partial load are analyzed, and it is shown that feedwater temperature optimization in partial load can reduce the weighted heat consumption by 8.3~22.6 k J/k Wh with significant economic benefit.
