联合循环燃气轮机低负荷运行模式探讨与分析

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了某发电厂的西门子V94.3A多轴联合循环燃气轮机机组在低负荷阶段运行的特点,根据过夜负荷为140 MW的低负荷要求以及此负荷下的机组特点,对原有的机组运行方式和协调逻辑以及协调控制方式下机组的负荷分配方式进行了优化和调整,通过旁路和汽机的配合,解决了燃机稳定性和机组经济性的问题。
This article introduces characteristics of Siemens V94 3A multi-axes combined cycle gas turbine units in low-load operation in a power plant. In accordance with the overnight load of 140 MW and characteristics of units, the former operating mode, coordination logic and load distribution mode in the coordination control mode are optimized and adjusted. Through cooperation with bypass and steam turbine, problems concerning stability of gas turbine and economical efficiency of units are solved.
