预制舱内电力二次组合设备的优化研究Study on Optimization of Secondary Combination Equipment in the Prefabricated Cabin

摘要(Abstract):
根据智能变电站二次设备预制舱标准化设计、工厂化加工、装配式组装等理念,结合国家电网公司110-A3-3通用设计方案,通过对二次设备的优化整合,在满足IEC 61850功能自由分配理念的同时,提出网络化备自投、测控装置与计量的整合,取消独立故障录波器,进行站控设备的整合等优化方案,合理压缩二次设备数量,更加有效地利用了预制舱内的空间。
On the basis of concepts such as design standardization, factory processing and assembly composing of prefabricated cabin for secondary equipment in intelligent substation, the paper, in combination with the general design scheme of 110-A3-3 published by State Grid Company and through the optimization and integration of the secondary equipment, proposes to meet IEC 61850 function free allocation idea; in the meantime, it suggests reducing the number of secondary equipment reasonably and using the inner space of the prefabricated cabin more effectively.
