含海量资源的高弹性配电网形态演化与关键技术研究

摘要(Abstract):

在能源互联网建设的大背景下,多元融合高弹性电网作为其核心成为了研究焦点。着眼于多元融合高弹性电网下的配电网建设,对高弹性配电网的概念、架构、特征、发展驱动力、发展形态、关键技术和政策制定几个方面进行了研究。首先基于现有的电网架构,提出了高弹性配电网的架构;而后从4个维度提出了高弹性配电网特征评价体系,并从3个角度研究了高弹性配电网的发展驱动力;接着,基于能源互联网的形态演化提出了高弹性配电网的3个演化形态;随后,从规划和运行两个层面提出了高弹性配电网建设的关键技术;最后对高弹性配电网下的政策制定做了讨论,以期为未来的高弹性配电网建设提供借鉴。
In the context of the construction of Energy Internet, multi-integration high-resilience power grid,as its core, becomes a research focus. This paper focuses on the construction of distribution network in the multi-integration highly-resilient power grid to study the concept, architecture, feature, driving force and pattern of development, key technologies and policy formulation for the highly-resilient distribution network.Based on the existing grid architecture, the architecture of the highly-resilient distribution network is proposed; then, a feature evaluation system of the highly-resilient distribution network is proposed from four dimensions, and the driving force of development is studied from three aspects; afterwards, three evolutionary patterns of the highly-resilient distribution network are proposed based on the pattern evolution of energy internet; finally, the construction of highly-resilient distribution network is proposed for the key technologies from perspectives of planning and operation; finally, policy formulation for the highly-resilient distribution network is discussed to provide a reference for its construction in the future.
