利用连通器原理测量杆塔倾斜度
Inclination Measurement of Poles and Towers by Connected Vessels

摘要(Abstract):

杆塔倾斜度超标会严重威胁到线路运行和检修作业人员的安全,因此应准确测量杆塔倾斜度,以便及时采取措施。利用连通器原理制作出带刻度透明软管测量仪器,通过两端液面高差测出杆塔两点的距离,进而计算出杆塔倾斜度。此方法操作便捷,测算快速、准确,可及时发现不合格杆塔,确保线路运行检修安全。
Excessive inclination of poles and towers may jeopardize line operation and safety of maintenance personnel. Therefore, it is necessary to accurately measure inclination of poles and towers so as to timely take measures. A transparent hosepipe with scale is designed by the principle of connected vessels to measure the distance between two points through difference between liquid surface heights at both terminals to calculate inclination of poles and towers. The method is characterized by its convenient operation, fast and accurate measurement; besides, it can timely detect unqualified poles and towers and guarantee safety of line operation and maintenance.
