微滤系统膜污染的分析及对策

摘要(Abstract):

通过对电厂微滤系统运行中维护性清洗和化学清洗的分析比较,针对微滤装置的污染情况,提出了优化微滤系统运行的有效方案。采用酸性和碱性维护性清洗交叉进行的方法可以有效改善微滤装置的运行工况,延长微滤化学清洗的周期。
This paper puts forward the effective proposals of operation optimization of microfiltration system based on the pollution of microfilter through the analysis and comparison between maintenance cleaning and chemical cleaning in the operation of the microfiltration system in power plant.And the acidic and alkaline maintenance cleaning in turn can help improve the operation of microfilter effectively and extend the cycle of chemical cleaning.
