300MW发电机转子线圈断线故障的分析与处理
Analysis and Treatment of Disconnection Faults of 300 MW Generator Rotor Coil

摘要(Abstract):

某300MW发电机组在A修期间,通过试验发现发电机转子绕组的直流电阻异常,采用不同角度下测量转子直流电阻的方法确认了转子线圈故障。简要介绍了线圈的修复过程,依据转子解体后观测到的故障现象进行分析,提出了可能产生的原因,以便进一步的探讨与研究。
The DC resistance abnormities of rotor coil of a 300 MW unit were detected through test during overhaul.The faults of rotor coil were identified by measuring the DC resistance with angle deviations.This paper introduces the repairing process of the coil,analyzes the observed faults after the disassembly of the rotor and puts forward the possible reasons for further discussion and study.
