摘要(Abstract):
PID控制存在局限性,尤其是电厂主蒸汽温度控制对象存在大迟延、时变、扰动多、非线性耦合等特性。通过对先进控制技术和FRONT-Suite软件包功能的分析,设计了主蒸汽温度优化先进控制系统,充分利用先进控制技术的优点,采用多变量和扰动自适应技术,在300 MW机组中进行了应用,试验结果表明该系统有效减小了主蒸汽温度的波动范围。
PID control is limited and power plant's main steam temperature controlled object is particularly characterized by large delay,time varying,multiple disturbances,nonlinear coupling and so on.Through analysis of advanced control technology and FRONT-Suit package features,advanced main steam temperature control system is designed to take advantage of the advanced control technology and use multi-variable and disturbance adaptive technologies.The control system is put into operation of 300 MW units and the test result shows that the system effectively reduces fluctuation range of main steam temperature.
