火电机组RB试验等效性研究

摘要(Abstract):

通过对"RB试验等效性"的初步研究,获得了关于风烟系统对称性、汽包水位初始值、非同类设备RB工况等效性试验结论。对称系统中的同类辅机设备跳闸RB试验可以相互替代,送引风机RB试验在满足一定条件下也可以相互替代。通过安全迁移和等效评价的方法来实现安全等效RB试验,通过分析不同设备跳闸的RB试验之间所存在的相似关系,对将要开展的试验进行预测,为降低RB试验的风险和减少试验次数提供了新的技术路线。
The"Equivalence relation for RB test"was initially researched. The conclusion about the equivalency of the RB tests in different side of the symmetrical air-gas systems, different original drum level and different type of equipments was acquired. In the symmetrical system, same equipment RB test can be substituted by the other one, even FD-FAN test can be substituted by the ID-FAN in a certain condition. The method of Safety transfer and Equivalence evaluation was used to implement safe and equivalence RB test. The research of equivalence relation between different type of equipments RB tests can be used to predict the future tests .Based on the research case, the risks and quantity of RB tests were decreased.
