配电网线路及其智能配变无功状态在线监测平台设计与应用Design and Development of On-line Monitoring Platform of Reactive Power for Distribution Lines and Intelligent Transformers

摘要(Abstract):
由于各地区发展不均衡,在大多数地区配电网10 k V线路中智能配变并没有实现自动化监控,因此调控员无法直接查看配变无功状况。基于海讯数据库,利用VBA软件设计了1套10 k V线路及其智能无功状态在线监测平台,当配电网10 k V线路或智能配变发生无功倒送或者功率因数过低时,及时发出报警,提醒调控员查看相关线路及其智能配变的无功状态。经过一段时间运行,该平台能够为调控员对线路无功状况分析提供辅助判断功能,减少调控员的工作量,提高工作效率,具有很强的实用性。
Due to uneven development of various regions, transformers in 10 k V distribution lines in most regions are not automatically monitored and the dispatcher can not check the reactive power of the distribution transformer directly. Based on Highsoon database, a 10 k V line and an intelligent reactive power online monitoring platform are designed by VBA. In the case of inverse reactive power feeding in 10 k V distribution line or the intelligent distribution transformer or low power factor, the alarm is sent out in time to remind the dispatcher to check the reactive power status of the related line and intelligent distribution transformer. After a period of operation, the platform can help dispatcher to analyze reactive power of lines, reduce the workload of dispatchers and improve work efficiency with its strong practicability.
