摘要(Abstract):

针对1 030 MW超超临界锅炉的燃烧特性、掺烧煤种特性及锅炉运行工况进行分析,通过不同煤种的掺烧试验,根据煤种特性找出适应锅炉燃烧特性的最佳掺烧方式,扩大锅炉煤种适应性,并解决掺烧过程中存在的问题,提高了锅炉运行的安全性和经济性。
This paper analyzes combustion characteristics, blended coal property and the operating conditions of 1 030 MW ultra-supercritical boiler. Through blended coal combustion test, the best blending mode that fits combustion characteristic of boiler is selected according to characteristics of coals to expand coal adaptability of boiler; besides, problems in blended coal combustion are solved, and operation safety and economy of the boilers are improved.
