摘要(Abstract):
分析了更换输电线路四分裂导线双联耐张串传统作业方法的缺点,改良现有工具后仍存在不足。为此,结合绝缘子串两侧对称受力的设计思路,利用先进的结构和材料,研制了新的更换工具及相应的作业方法。比较了传统法、改进法和新方法,确定新工具的作业方法在安全性、灵活性、可靠性方面为最佳,经过实际操作的检验,证明可有效提高作业效率。
This paper analyzes disadvantages of traditional method for replacing strain twin suspension strings on four-bundle conductors. There are still disadvantages after the existing tools improvement. On this basis,combining with design idea that insulator strings wear bilateral symmetric force, new replacement tool and corresponding working method are developed using advanced structure and material. This paper compares the traditional method, improved method and the new method and then determines that the working method of the new tool is of superior safety, flexibility and reliability. The practical work demonstrates that the new method can effectively improve work efficiency.
