火电机组全工况自动RB控制策略的研究与应用

摘要(Abstract):

火电机组RB(Runback,辅机故障减负荷)功能是机组在高度自动化运行方式下的重要安全保障。通过对RB功能在各种边界条件下的实现方法与保障措施的分析与研究,提出了全工况自动RB控制策略;针对不同调节方式的辅机系统以及具有特殊特性的外围系统提出相应的联动功能回路,提高RB工况的运行稳定性,降低跳机风险;利用备用设备的自动投用方式,提高RB功能的目标负荷与动作成功率;控制策略在各运行机组的实际应用中取得了满意的效果。
RB(Runback) function is important for running safety of fossil fuel units in automatic running mode.Full-scale automatic RB control strategy has been put forward according to the research of RB function in different boundary conditions.The corresponding interlock function loops for the auxiliary equipment with different regulating mode and the peripheral systems with special characteristic have been applied to improve the unit running stability and decrease the tripping risk.The backup equipment automatically put in service mode has been utilized to increase RB target load and improve RB success rate.The control strategy has been successfully used in some different power plant units.
