电网工程造价标准体系框架建设研究Research on the Construction of Power Grid Project Cost Standard System

摘要(Abstract)：
在电网工程造价管理压力剧增的形势下,建设任务更重、标准更高、难度更大,造价标准体系建设是造价管理水平整体提升的发展方向。基于Hall三维结构,结合电网工程造价管理的特点及实际情况,构建电网工程造价标准体系,并提出了适用于电网工程的造价标准体系表和体系发展保障。
With the pressure of power grid project cost management grows, the construction become harder,the standards become higher, and the difficulty is increased. The construction of cost standard system is the tendency of cost management level improvement. In this paper, the construction of power grid project cost standard system is established based on Hall three dimensional structure in accordance to the characteristics and the actual situation of power grid project cost management; in addition, it proposes a cost standard system table and development guarantee of the system development applicable to power grid projects.
