真空断路器开断并联电抗器的仿真分析Simulation Analysis on Shunt Reactors Breaking with Vacuum Breaker

摘要(Abstract):
近年来,随着真空断路器在电力系统的普及应用,与之相关的系统过电压事故也时有发生,特别是在开断感性负载时更为常见。为了能对过电压的发展过程进行更为深入地研究,应用EMTP对某变电站真空断路器开断并联电抗器过程中产生的操作过电压进行仿真分析。通过建立电弧电流过零判断、重燃判断、真空开关介质动态绝缘强度曲线等模型,模拟真空断路器开断过程中的重燃过程。仿真结果表明,真空断路器开断感性负载时,一旦发生三相电弧的反复重燃,操作过电压峰值会远高于系统额定运行电压,对系统绝缘带来严重的安全隐患。
With the wide application of vacuum breakers in power system in recent years,the consequential system overvoltage accidents also happen frequently,especially when the inductive load is switched.In order to further study the development of overvoltage,EMTP is used to simulate the operating overvoltage in substation during shunt reactors breaking with vacuum breaker.By establishing models of arc current zero-crossing,arc reignition and dielectric strength characteristics,the arc reignition during the opening process of vacuum switch is simulated.Simulation results show that,if the arc reignition occurs when the inductive load is cut off by the vacuum switch,peak of operating overvoltage is much higher than rated operating voltage of the system,which brings serious security hazards to system insulation.
