发电机组一次调频性能优化及应用

摘要(Abstract):

基于一次调频基本原理和考核方式,分析了网频信号采集、控制逻辑、运行方式、设备特征等影响一次调频的主要因素,讨论了DEH(数字电液控制系统)前馈修正、压力反调抑制、快动缓回策略、调频死区优化、凝结水节流、高加给水旁路、补气阀开启、供热抽气调节、背压控制、非线性调速等一次调频控制优化方法,阐明了清洁能源、储能、电动汽车等一次调频辅助措施,并从主站端、电厂端、数据通道三方面揭示了远程一次调频在线测试及性能评价方法的应用特点和发展方向。
Based on the basic principle and assessment method of primary frequency regulation(PFR), the main factors affecting PFR such as acquisition of frequency signals, control logic, operation mode and equipment characteristics are analyzed. The control optimization methods of PFR such as feedforward correction of DEH(digital electronic hydraulic control system), suppression of back adjustment, fast-moving and delayedreturning strategy, dead-zone optimization, condensate throttling, feedwater bypass control of high-pressure heater, steam compensation valve regulation, regulation of cogeneration steam extraction, back pressure control, and non-linear speed regulation, are discussed. The auxiliary measures of PFR such as clean energy,energy storage and electric vehicle, are described. The application feature and development direction of remote on-line test and performance assessment method for PFR are presented from master station side, power plant side and data transmission channel.
