摘要(Abstract)：
简要阐述电力公司综合计划的内涵,介绍浙江省电力公司综合计划管理方法,从4个方面构建了基于过程管控的综合计划预警机制,进一步提升计划管理水平,有利于企业有序均衡地实施计划预控目标。
On the basis of elaboration on intension of integrated plan of power enterprises,the paper introduces specific methods for management of integrated plan of Zhejiang(Provincial) Electric Power Company,it puts forward an early warning mechanism for integrated plan based on process control by 4 aspects,which will further improve planned management and facilitates ordered and balanced implementation of planning and pre-control goals.
