摘要(Abstract):

介绍了国内外有关电力金具能耗相关标准的发展历程,对首次颁布实施的电力行业标准DL/T1288-2013《电力金具能耗测试与节能技术评价要求》中金具分类、试验方法、评价方式及应用情况作了解读。阐述了不同类金具的能耗机理及试验方法、评价准则制定的依据原则,通过不同类金具实例的试验研究及理论分析,提出金具节能降耗的技术手段,指明了标准的目的及意义。
The paper Introduces the development of domestic and overseas energy consumption standards of electric power fittings; then it explains the fittings classification, test methods, evaluation methods and application in the newly promulgated and implemented DL/T 1288-2013 Requirements for Energy Consumption Test and Energy Saving Technology Evaluation of Electric Power Fittings. The paper describes the mechanism of energy consumption, test methods and evaluation criteria of different types of fittings. Through experimental research and theoretical analysis of various fittings, the paper proposes technical methods to reduce energy consumption of electric power fittings and indicates purposes and meaning of the standards.
