摘要(Abstract):
智能变电站扩建及改造工作中最繁琐和最具风险的工作之一是验证测控装置的联闭锁逻辑,常规方法存在安全风险大及费时等弊端。利用GOOSE报文的相关特点及光数字测试仪,能够实现联闭锁逻辑的"离线"验证,具有安全风险小及省时等优点,通过应用案例体现出"离线"验证方法的优越性。
One of the most risky and fussiest work in the smart substation extension and reconstruction is verification of interlock logic in monitoring and measuring device. The traditional verification methods are highly risky and time-consuming. With the help of an optical digital test device as well as the features of GOOSE(generic object oriented substation events) messaging, "offline" verification of interlock logic can be implemented, which is not risky but time-saving. Through an application case, the superiority of the "offline" verification method is reflected.
