摘要(Abstract):

分析某发电厂600 MW汽轮机通流改造后顺序阀投运过程中轴承温度高和振动大的原因,通过调整机组顺序阀运行方式的阀序,得出汽轮机高压转子轴承振动与瓦温的变化关系,提出并实践了通过汽轮机安装参数调整来实现顺序阀方式投运的方法,为其他机组通流改造后的顺序阀投运工作提供了参考。
The paper analyzes the cause of high temperature and fierce vibration of bearing bush during order valve operation of 600 MW steam turbine after through-flow retrofit. The change relationships between the high-pressure rotor and bearing bush temperature and vibration is obtained by adjusting valve order, and order valve operation by adjusting turbine installation parameters is proposed and exercised to provide a reference for order valve operation of other steam turbines after the through-flow retrofit.
