高压隔离开关触头镀银层质量检测关键技术
Key Technology for Silver Coating Quality Inspection of High-voltage Disconnector Contacts

摘要(Abstract):

针对高压触头镀银层硬度检测精度欠佳的问题,通过采用显微维氏硬度计开展了隔离开关镀银层硬度检测试验研究。研究结果表明:试验加载力、镀层厚度和镀层硬度属性对检测结果均有较大影响;为精准测量镀银层硬度,应先准确测量镀层厚度,并针对不同的镀层厚度采取合适的加载力进行检测;而对于超薄型镀银层硬度的测量,间接测量法较直接测量法具有更好的测量精度,可实现超薄镀银层硬度的精确测量,有助于高压开关触头镀银层质量的管控,提高电力物资入网质量。
In view of poor hardness inspection accuracy of high-voltage contact silver coating, micro Vickers hardness tester is adopted to conduct test and research of the silver coating hardness inspection of the disconnector. The results show that the test loading force, coating thickness and coating hardness have a great influence on the test results; to accurately measure the hardness of silver coating, the coating thickness should be measured first, and contacts with different silver coating thicknesses are inspected with suitable loading forces; for hardness measurement of ultrathin silver coatings, indirect measurement is superior to direct measurement in silver coating measurement precision and helps silver coating quality control of high-voltage disconnector contracts and improves the quality of materials for grid integration.
