接地线在线式智能管理系统建设与应用

摘要(Abstract):

目前变电站临时接地线状态未纳入监管,操作存在安全隐患。通过研发智能地线管理系统,利用Zigbee无线通信技术,在不增加电缆敷设及人力的情况下,实现管辖区域内接地线状态实时监测和闭环控制;同时,可将接地线的挂拆和存取并入变电站现有微机防误系统,实现了变电站倒闸操作全过程防误管理;地线实时状态查看支持网页及移动APP端方式,从而将管理人员从PC机前解放出来,尤其适应当前无人值守站、移动化办公发展趋势。实际应用结果表明:该系统实现了对接地线防误操作与存储的统一管理,解决了接地线长期存在的管理问题,有效提高了供电公司对接地线的管控能力和人员工作效率,减少了误操作和误调度事故的发生。
At present, the status of the temporary grounding line in the substation is not regulated and the operation has potential safety hazard. This paper develops a set of intelligent ground wire management system.By using Zigbee wireless communication technology, real-time monitoring of ground wire status monitoring and close-loop control are achieved in the management area without increasing the laying of cables and manpower. At the same time, ground wire connection and removal as well as access are integrated into the existing microcomputer anti-maloperation system to implement whole-process anti-maloperation management of substation switching operation. The web and mobile APP based real-time ground wire status monitoring no longer needs management personnel in front of PC and can adapt to unmanned station and mobile office. The application shows that the system enables unified management of ground wire anti-maloperation and storage, by which the chronic management problems in ground wire is solved to improve ground wire control and work efficiency of power supply companies to reduce mal-operation and wrong dispatch.
