摘要(Abstract):

某600 MW发电机组自投产以来汽轮机高压主汽调节阀组存在压力损失偏大的问题。通过计算流体动力学CFD技术对阀组进行建模计算分析,并根据现场条件进行改造,有效解决了高压阀组压力损失大的问题,取得了明显的节能效果和经济效益。
The pressure loss of high-pressure main steam control valves of 600 MW steam turbine is great since the operation. By modeling of valves for calculation and analysis based on CFD(computer fluid dynamics) method and in combination with field practice, the valves are retrofitted, which effectively solves the problem of the great pressure loss of the valves and achieves significant energy savings and economic benefits.
