一起220kV SF6电流互感器故障原因分析
Analysis on a Fault of 220kV SF6 Current Transformer

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了某发电厂220kV SF6电流互感器故障和解体情况,判别事故原因为盆式绝缘子表面裂纹引起局部放电,最终导致发生接地故障。通过提高设备制造水平,规范设备运输,加强设备交接验收工作,定期开展气体湿度和分解物检测,定期开展红外线检测等手段,可以有效预防SF6电流互感器主绝缘击穿故障。
The paper introduces a fault of 220kV SF6 current transformer of a power plant and the disassembly. It is determined that the accident is caused by partial discharge due to cracks on basin-type insulator surface, which finally results in grounding fault. Main insulation breakdown fault of SF6 current transformer can be effectively prevented through improvement of equipment manufacture level, equipment transportation regulation, equipment handover and acceptance strengthening, regular detection of gas humidity and decomposition products as well as regular infrared detection.
