摘要(Abstract):
对一起由于500 kV系统B相瞬时性接地故障引发发电厂2台660 MW机组跳闸的事件进行分析,通过分析认为:汽轮机KU保护功率变送器测量失真、KU和零功率切机保护逻辑不完善等多种因素是造成机组跳闸的主要原因,并提出整改措施。
This paper introduces a tripping accident of two 660 MW units in a power plant caused by phase-B transient ground fault of 500 kV power system. The analysis results show that the primary causes of units tripping are distorted measurement of power transmitter of turbine KU protection, incomplete protection logic of KU and zero power generator tripping protection. Furthermore, rectification measures are proposed.
