红外成像技术在电气设备故障诊断中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

描述了红外成像技术在温州电网的应用情况,对温州地区4起典型的电力设备发热案例做了分析介绍,表明了通过红外测温可发现绝缘故障、套管渗漏油、损耗异常增大、末屏虚接等电气设备故障,通过跟踪分析发现缺陷,可为进一步的检修决策提供有效依据。
The paper expounds application of infrared imaging technology in Wenzhou power grid. It analyzes and introduces four typical heat cases of electrical equipment in Wenzhou, indicating that infrared temperature measurement can detect electrical equipment faults such as insulation faults, oil leakage of bushing, abnormal increase of loss and fake connection of end shield as well as detect the defects through tracking and analysis, which can provide effective basis for further decision-making of maintenance.
