真空断路器投切35 kV电抗器相关问题研究Study on Vacuum Circuit Breakers Switching with 35 k V Reactors

摘要(Abstract):
35 k V真空断路器投切电抗器时可能会产生较高的操作过电压进而引发故障,浙江省电力公司目前采取了多项措施来治理投切并联电抗器引起的操作过电压。基于真空断路器投切并联电抗器过程中截流、复燃、三相同时开断过电压产生的原理,针对所采取的治理措施展开计算和分析,从电路理论角度阐述各项措施的有效性。
Due to faults from frequently occurred overvoltage caused by operation of vacuum circuit breaker switching with reactors, many countermeasures have been taken in Zhejiang Electric Power Company to control switching overvoltage owing to vacuum circuit breakers switching with shunt reactors. Based on the principle of overvoltage generation from current chopping, reignition and simultaneous three-phase switching-off during vacuum circuit breaker switching with shunt reactors, the paper conducts calculation and analysis in accordance to the adopted countermeasures and elaborates on the effectiveness of all measures on the basis of electric circuit theory.
