摘要(Abstract):
分析了磨煤机在正常运行状态下出口温度偏低且大幅波动的基本原因,通过对磨煤机冷、热一次风调节风门的改进以及风量的调整,从设备结构、控制参数等多方面着手以提高磨煤机运行参数的稳定性,并在改造后对锅炉燃烧工况的影响进行了分析。
The paper analyzes lower and fluctuated outlet temperature of coal pulverizer under normal operation state. Through improvement of primary and secondary air dampers as well as air quantity adjustment, the operation parameter stability of coal pulverizer is improved in terms of equipment structure and control parameters. Moreover, the effect of combustion condition of the boilers after transformation is analyzed.
