就地化线路保护技术方案研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对传统变电站和智能变电站二次系统存在的问题,提出了一种集成站域保护就地数据采集和执行单元功能的就地化线路保护技术方案。该方案中保护功能自由采样,根据AD回路延时和乒乓算法计算出两侧采样延时,基于外部对时信号对两侧保护采样数据进行重采样,生成组网SV报文,通过仿真分析可知,方案具有较高的采样精度。该方案在不改变装置对外接口基础上支撑了站域保护系统,易于实现,保护功能不依赖于外部对时信号,确保了保护功能的独立性,通过线路对侧数据的采集可扩展站域保护的保护功能和范围,装置对外接口采用标准通信规约,保证了工程的通用性和可扩展性,有着广泛推广的现实意义。
Aiming at the existing problems in secondary system of traditional and intelligent substations, this paper proposes a technical scheme of local line protection integrating substation-area local data collection and unit function execution. In this scheme, the protection function is freely sampled, and the sampling delays on both sides are calculated according to the delay of the AD loop delay and the ping-pong algorithm. The sampling data on both sides of the protection is resampled based on the external timing signal to generate a networking SV message. It is known through simulation analysis that the scheme is of high sampling accuracy.The scheme supports the station-area protection system without changing the external interface of the device,and is easy to implement. The protection function does not depend on the external timing signal, and thus ensures the independence of the protection function. The station data protection can be expanded by collecting the data on the opposite side of the line. The protection function and scope of the device and the external interface of the device adopt a standard communication protocol, which ensures the versatility and expandability of the project and has the practical significance of widespread promotion.
