摘要(Abstract):

介绍新一代300 Mvar调相机在整套启动期间发生严重振动故障的过程,现场根据振动的突发性现象及频率分量等数据参数,分析判断机组发生了强烈的油膜振荡。在转子动力学理论基础上,以改善转子-轴承系统的稳定裕度为指导,通过提升润滑油温度有效抑制了油膜振荡的发生,为调试赢得了工期。指导停机翻瓦过程,确认故障的根本原因是高压顶轴油模块逆止门泄露而造成的油膜不稳,更换缺陷部件后,油膜振荡故障得到彻底解决。该故障发生的原因、分析诊断思路、在线抑制措施及缺陷的排查治理在实际工程应用上都具有一定的借鉴意义。
The process of serious vibration fault during unit startup of the next-generation 300 Mvar synchronous condenser is introduced in this paper. It was judged that serious oil whip had occurred in the unit according to the abrupt vibration and data parameter like frequency components. Based on the theory of rotor dynamics, the oil whip was eliminated by stability margin improvement of the rotor-bearing system and lubricant temperature rise, wining the work period for commissioning. By unit shutdown and bearing check, it was confirmed that the accident resulted from oil-film instability due to check valve leakage of the oil module at high-pressure oil jacking equipment. The fault cause, ideas of analysis and diagnosis, and online suppression measures and defect detection and treatment all can be a reference to engineering application.
