燃煤电厂SCR脱硝系统运行存在关键技术问题研究与技术展望

摘要(Abstract):

对40台燃煤电厂SCR(选择性催化还原)脱硝系统运行情况进行了现场调研,以理论分析、数值模拟和现场优化试验等技术手段,解决了SCR脱硝系统运行过程中存在的关键技术问题,对SCR脱硝系统优化技术进行了展望,并提出建议:定期开展喷氨格栅调整试验,降低反应器出口NO_X浓度不均匀性;开展基于计算流体动力学的SCR系统流场优化数值模拟,解决流场不均匀的问题;加强SCR脱硝系统热工控制算法研究,提高变负荷过程的控制能力,避免反应器出口NO_X浓度过低。
Field investigation on the running of forty SCR (selective catalytic reduction) denitration systems of coal-fired boilers is conducted. Based on the theoretical research, numerical simulation and field optimization test, key technical problems of SCR denitration systems in the practical running are solved, and SCR denitration system optimization technologies are expected. The paper suggests regular AIG (ammonia injection grid) adjustment tests to reduce uneven NO_X concentration at reactor inlet, numerical simulation on SCR system flow field optimization based on CFD (computational fluid dynamics) for eliminating uneven flow field, research on thermal control algorithm of SCR denitration system, control capacity improvement of load variation process in prevention of low NO_X concentration at the reactor inlet.
