配电系统自动化规划及应用原则Planning and Implementation Principle for Power Distribution Network Automation

摘要(Abstract)：
文章阐述了配电系统自动化的主要目标、功能及技术发展的趋势 ,提出统一规划、分步实施、注重实效、追求效益的规划原则 ,并讨论了配电网结构、实时信息采集的规模、计算机系统选型、信道建设及配电网设备选型原则。
The main objectives,functions and development trends of power distribution network automation are formulated in the paper.The long term planning,step by step implementation,resulting effectiveness and benefits should be emphasized in principle.Also,the power distribution network configuration,real time data acquisition scale,communication channel build up,selection of computer software & hardware as well as distribution equipment are discussed.
